Keynote Presentations
 
·Lama Samdhong Rinpoche, Prime Minister of Tibet-in-Exile, will give the Inaugural Address on Dharma and Governance, on behalf of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

·B.K.S. Iyengar is confirmed to give a keynote address on “The Future of Spiritual Practice and Teaching in the World.” Thus, we especially invite the world’s foremost Yoga teachers to attend the Congress, where special panels and meetings will further address issues that Mr. Iyengar and others will highlight. One goal of the Congress is to situate Yoga and meditation within the larger context of India’s “culture of enlightenment.”

·Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, one of the most popular contemporary gurus in India, and with one of the largest volunteer organization in the world, including projects on prison Yoga, women’s issues, and Iraq reconstruction, has confirmed to give the closing keynote address.
 
·Stanislav Grof, the principal founder of Transpersonal Psychology, is confirmed to present by video on Indian Contributions to Transpersonal Psychology. Christina Grof will present by video on Siddha Yoga, Swami Muktananda and Spiritual Emergence.

·Sudhir Kakar, renowned psychoanalyst, will give a plenary presentation on an important topic.

·Dr. Robert A. F. Thurman (By Video), Chair of Indo-Tibetan Buddhist Studies at Columbia University will present on Global Spiritual Renaissance
